Help with Depression and Health Anxiety

I felt that Judith listened to me
and my mental health started to improve

I started seeing Judith when I was 17, nearing 18. I was in a bad place mentally and had seen multiple therapists but had not felt comfortable with any of them. However, I clicked with Judith straight away. I was very quiet and found it very difficult to express my feelings and got embarrassed easily. Judith managed to break through this barrier and even during sessions when I wasn’t very chatty, it was never awkward. This was important to me as I dreaded the thought of awkward silences during sessions. There were never any. I felt that Judith listened to me and my mental health started to improve over time. I have experienced a few mental health illnesses and Judith has been able to help with all of them.

After moving away to university, I started to struggle again and even saw a couple of therapists in my area but eventually I decided to go back to Judith doing Skype sessions. I felt she was the only therapist with whom I could feel comfortable. She helped me massively during the pandemic and through a new mental health diagnosis. I am now doing very well and I feel Judith is to thank for that.

Judith helped me to understand my mental health illnesses. She was able to make me realise that I wasn’t the only one that felt this way and I thank her for this. In the future, if I ever find myself needing a therapist again, I will go straight back to Judith.
