Helping Trauma

The complex world of trauma, anxiety and depression -
all of which I was experiencing

I must admit that I was sceptical and a bit reluctant to engage at first but once we had forged a professional relationship built on trust I warmed to the process.

Judith’s abilities as a therapist are first class! She was able to gently and compassionately reveal to me the complex world of trauma, anxiety and depression – all of which I was experiencing.

Once I better understood, at least in simple terms, what was happening to me Judith set a course to help me to navigate my way towards a full recovery. In time (a critical element as I was to find out) I was able to recuperate, repair and restore using the tools she had given me.

I’m glad to be able to say that I feel rejuvenated now and I’m very grateful to Judith for expertly assisting and coaching me on this journey of healing from the dark back into the light.
