From Overwhelmed to Empowered: A Journey Through Depression Treatment

I have become the person
I wanted to be all those months ago

I contacted Judith after suffering a breakdown, when I was really struggling with anger and being overwhelmed by life and also with coming to terms and moving on from certain things in my past. I have now been seeing her for nearly 18 months and her help has been invaluable in so many ways. I am calmer, more confident, happier in my own skin, and a better parent. I used to suffer terribly from insomnia and that has disappeared.

I've had the motivation to look after myself much better and have lost weight, become more organised and am so much happier and more content than the woman who first phoned her all those months ago.

Judith has been a great mentor/teacher/listener. She's gently helped me to confront the things that lurk in the dark corners of my life and as a result of all our conversations I feel I have become the person I wanted to be all those months ago when I felt so very desperate and sad and alone.

Judith has taken me on a very interesting journey, one which has taught me ever such a lot about myself. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to help with any aspect of your life which is difficult. It's not been easy, but with her guidance I've had the courage to accept what needs to be accepted and am living a much better life as a result. Thank you, Judith.
